Skills
Over the course of my career, I have developed a broad and deep technical skill set that spans the full spectrum of enterprise IT leadership. I am proficient in cloud architecture and migration across both Microsoft Azure and AWS, and I have hands-on experience designing and deploying AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions in real operational environments. I work extensively with data architecture, advanced analytics, and business intelligence platforms including Power BI, and I have built and managed large-scale IoT sensor networks, edge computing infrastructure, and blockchain-based data validation systems. My cybersecurity expertise covers Zero Trust architecture, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA, and I have led enterprise-wide implementations of disaster recovery and business continuity frameworks. On the project and program management side, I hold my PMP certification and have consistently delivered complex, multimillion-dollar programs on time and within budget, applying both Agile and DevOps methodologies across cross-functional teams. I am experienced in full ERP and CRM integration, robotic process automation, and enterprise systems modernization. My vendor management skills include end-to-end contract negotiation, supplier performance management, SLA governance, and strategic partnership development that drives cost efficiency without compromising capability. I am also skilled in IT financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and portfolio prioritization. Beyond the technical, I bring strong executive communication, board-level reporting, change management, and organizational leadership capabilities that allow me to bridge the gap between technology strategy and business outcomes.
